My motto when cooking is:
Good things are so close at hand, which is why I mainly use fresh, regional produce. They say you eat with your eyes first, but what good is the most beautiful presentation if it doesn’t taste good? That’s why the quality of the food is even more important to me than how it looks on the plate.
Fresh cuisine is usually more time-consuming than ready-made products. So please be patient, it will be worth the wait. Good wine also needs time.
If you have any food intolerances, I will be happy to advise and assist you.
With this in mind: fresh, regional and seasonal!
Yours sincerely,
Bert-M. Prüter, Chef de Cuisine
