In the “Strandauster” restaurant and the adjoining fireside lounge and – when the weather is fine – on the sunny garden terrace, we will spoil you with regional fresh cuisine under the motto “HeimatGenuss”. Mediterranean and seasonal influences round off our style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “Jugendstilbar” invites you to linger over a freshly tapped beer, a delicious cocktail or a fine glass of wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjoy our light, fresh cuisine in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, which was recently again recognised by the “ARAL Schlemmer Atlas<\/a>” and the “Grossen Restaurant & Hotel Guide<\/a>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My motto when cooking is:<\/b>
\nGood things are so close at hand, which is why I mainly use fresh, regional produce. They say you eat with your eyes first, but what good is the most beautiful presentation if it doesn’t taste good? That’s why the quality of the food is even more important to me than how it looks on the plate. \nFresh cuisine is usually more time-consuming than ready-made products. So please be patient, it will be worth the wait. Good wine also needs time.<\/p>\n

If you have any food intolerances, I will be happy to advise and assist you.<\/p>\n

Our garden terrace facing the sunny south side of the house can be used all day in fine weather, whether for breakfast, coffee or dinner – or simply to sit in the sun and enjoy the day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
